2) If you don’t see improvement in the player’s swing mechanics after 30 days of use, contact us at support@swingrail.com to return the product for a refund

Returned products must be in new and unused condition. Contact us at support@swingrail.com to return a product for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the case of a suspected product defect email us at support@swingrail.com and attach a photo of the product defect. Upon confirmation of the product defect the customer will be sent a replacement product or a replacement product component at no charge.
RETURN OF SALE ITEMS & BUNDLED PRODUCTS
If an individual product is returned that was part of a discounted bundle of products, a pro-rated price of the returned product will be calculated based on the bundle's total msrp and refunded to the customer.
Due to the significant cost of shipping large and heavy items, SWINGRAIL reserves the right to deduct the full or partial cost of outbound shipping from the original purchase price when calculating refunds for any orders that exceed a total of 15 lbs.
